Regional Lead, Public Affairs, Asia Pacific of ACCA
Aucky spearheads the implementation of ACCA's public affairs strategy in collaboration with colleagues and partners across the Asia Pacific. He is responsible for leading ACCA's high-impact engagements with public affairs partners and stakeholders in the region. Through these relationships, he builds and amplifies ACCA's profile and brand presence, generates market insights, and leverages opportunities to maximise ACCA's contribution to the profession, the economy, and society.
Aucky has over 14 years of experience in international engagement, capacity building, standard setting, and public affairs. Prior to joining ACCA, Aucky led a regional body of Professional Accountancy Organisations (PAOs) in ASEAN with a network of more than 2 million students and members across the globe. He has also served as the Technical Director of the recognised PAO in Indonesia, where he led the development of the local financial reporting standards and the adoption of IFRS. He has worked with key partners such as IFAC, the global standard-setting bodies, development agencies, and key government institutions.
Aucky is a professional accountant and qualified in Indonesia and Australia, as well as a registered ASEAN CPA. Aucky has a Bachelor's in Applied Accounting Technology (Accounting) and a Master's in Applied Commerce (Accounting).
